Laravel development for the way your business works.

Crumbls builds custom Laravel applications, connects business systems, and improves software that teams already depend on. Work directly with the developer responsible for understanding and delivering the project.

Laravel development around a specific workflow

Custom software is useful when the work has become difficult to manage with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or an application that no longer fits. The starting point is a business process: the information people need, the decisions they make, and the actions that should follow.

We build the application around that process, including permissions, administrative tools, integrations, and the less visible work of validating data and handling failures. The goal is a system your business can use and continue to change.

What we can build or improve

  • CRMs and operational applications: track customers, sales, vendors, inventory, and the information that connects them.
  • Internal tools and admin panels: give staff a focused way to manage records, review activity, and complete recurring tasks.
  • Integrations and background work: connect APIs and external systems, process imports, and handle work that should not hold up a page request.
  • Existing Laravel applications: investigate bugs, add features, review architecture, or establish a practical path through accumulated technical debt.

A real example: O2Group’s custom CRM

Crumbls built the CRM O2Group uses to track sales, customers, vendors, inventory, and day-to-day operations. The project illustrates the kind of connected business information a custom application can support. Read the O2Group CRM case study.

Our public package work also includes Filament Media Library and Filament Database. The product image tutorial and database inspection tutorial show concrete implementation decisions rather than a list of framework features.

Questions before we start

Can you take over an unfinished Laravel application?

Yes. We first identify which workflows must keep working, whether deployments are repeatable, and what the existing code and tests tell us. An Application Rescue Review is a focused starting point when the next step is unclear.

Will you recommend a complete rewrite?

Only when the evidence supports it. Existing software contains business rules that can be expensive to rediscover. We compare repair, incremental modernization, and replacement against the actual operational needs. Our stabilize, modernize, or rewrite guide explains that assessment.

Can you work alongside an existing team?

Yes. A project can be a defined feature, an integration, or focused help with a difficult part of the application. We agree on responsibilities, access, acceptance criteria, and delivery before starting. For systems outside Laravel, see PHP development.

Start with the work your business needs to do.

Understand the project

Bring an example of the problem, the system you use today, and what needs to work differently. For existing applications, we review the code and operating environment before recommending changes.

Agree on a useful first step

We define the scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria before estimating the work. That might mean one integration, a working application feature, or a review of the system you already have.

Build and verify

You work directly with the developer. We check the agreed workflows, plan deployment, and explain what changed so the application can keep improving after delivery.
